Next Door Realty is owned and operated by Emily Patterson, a proud Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma citizen. Her husband, Zach Patterson, works alongside Emily. Together, they have been business partners for over a decade, creating and managing multiple successful small businesses since their college days.
Emily and Zach call Bryan County home, where they live with their son, Henry, and their loyal blue heeler, Hank. Both are deeply committed to their local community—Zach serves as treasurer on the board for Youth Services of  Bryan County. At the same time, Emily actively contributes to local organizations, serving on the boards of the Crisis Control Center, Inc., Three Valley Museum, and the Texoma Board of Realtors.
